Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been received.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand 

Australia Standard Shipping

• 3-7 Business days - $10.00 AUD

New Zealand Shipping

• 7-14 Business days - $12.00 AUD

Australia Express shipping

• 1-3 Business days - $15.00 AUD

New Zealand Express Shipping

• 3-7 Business days - $17.00 AUD

Free Shipping 

• Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post.

International shipping 

At this stage, we only ship within Australia and New Zealand.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Delays

Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by: 

• Weather conditions 

• Carrier delays or issues

• Incorrect address provided by customer

• Customs clearance (for New Zealand orders

• Public holidays

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and do our best to assist.
